Foreign Trade Manager
1、 Job responsibilities:
1) Responsible for operating the B2B platform, uploading and publishing company products
2) Responsible for customer development and maintenance in overseas markets;
3) Responsible for handling customer phone calls, emails, inquiries, and orders;
4) Responsible for the production and filling out of various export documents;
5) Train new employees.
2、 Qualification:
1) English major, international trade major, etc., with experience in operating the Alibaba platform is preferred
2) Familiar with foreign trade business processes and have the ability to independently develop customers;
3) Proficient in using office related software;
4) At least CET-4 in English, with clear speech and fluent Mandarin, possessing strong English listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities, able to handle various English letters and foreign trade documents; 5) Proficient in operating B2B platforms;
6) Good negotiation and interpersonal communication skills;
